Introductory offers (e.g. £4.99 first box) apply to the first order only and all subsequent orders will be charged at the standard subscription price displayed at checkout.

You can manage your subscription at any time via your customer portal, including skipping orders, changing delivery dates, switching products or flavours, and cancelling your subscription.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal.
To ensure customers have the opportunity to receive and try their first order, cancellation may not be available immediately after purchase. During this initial period, your subscription can still be fully managed within your account, including skipping, rescheduling, or switching products.
Once this initial period has passed, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
Cancellations must be completed before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next order. Once cancelled, no further payments will be taken.
Subscription changes, including cancellations, must be completed through your account and cannot be processed manually by our support team.
9. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external circumstances.
